Selfgazer is a platform with free and paid features that combines mystical practices with psychological introspection, offering approaches to self-discovery through practices such as Tarot and Astrology.

3. Use of Service

Available plans and credit costs are described on our pricing page and at checkout. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Disclaimer

Selfgazer is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Important: Selfgazer does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It should be used for entertainment purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Selfgazer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Third-Party Services

AI features use configured third-party providers to process submitted content and relevant context. That content may contain personal information. See our privacy policy for the information used to provide the service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps:

1. Navigate to "My Account" in the top right of the navigation bar
2. Click on the "Delete Account" button
3. Confirm your decision when prompted

Upon account deletion:

• You will be immediately logged out of Selfgazer
• All data you have ever submitted to Selfgazer will be permanently deleted.
• This data deletion is irreversible and unrecoverable.

We respect your right to data privacy and make the account deletion process straightforward and complete.
